Our founder, Eilidh Bryndís, worked as a clinical data analyst for seven years before switching to AI development. She watched talented healthcare professionals burn out over preventable inefficiencies. So we built tools that actually help—not another dashboard nobody uses.

We run 3-hour hands-on sessions for each user group. Doctors, nurses, and admin staff get different training focused on their workflows. Plus we provide video guides in Mandarin and English. Support calls get answered by people who actually built the system.
Ongoing Adjustments
After launch, we schedule monthly check-ins for the first six months. Systems get tweaked based on real usage patterns. If something's clunky, we fix it. Most "AI solutions" disappear after installation—we don't work that way.
